Model Vision is run by Neels and Carla Engelbrecht. We are a small company, known for high quality craftsmanship. Our clients include Sasol, Alusaf, Iscor, Richardsbay Minerals, Mouzal, BPB Gypsum SA, Armscor, and Décor Ahead of Time.

Model building

While CAD has its uses, a scale model is still closest to the real thing. Our models allow designers and developers to visualise the total concept, to co-ordinate design and to assure problem solving – all within one tool. Our model can save you time and money. Contact us to discuss it.

A real, 3-dimensional engineering model of your plant / process / prototype / layout in your design office or board room can serve extensively in understanding drawings and for design, visual, orientation and training purposes.

Architectural and landscaping models offer a real life vision and finishes of the project, and can be used as a sales model.

On shows, a working model can explain a working process or mechanical product, using an electronic display or light sequence in addition to moving parts.

Mould making

We design and produce moulds for anything from mining equipment, soaps, candles, cake decorating, trophies, even moulds for aviation testing. Tell us your need or idea, and we will make up a master and mould.

Our exterior decor moulds include sandstone cladding, pillars, stepping stones, window frames, garden tables and chairs, pots, and sculptures. Interior decor moulds include ceiling roses, scrolls, cornices, curtain hold-backs, curtain centre pieces and finials. We provide vehicle moulds for the nose, panels, indicator covers etc.

We guarantee innovative designs to turn your ideas into reality. First we produce an artistic impression, then a 3D master. From this your mould is cast. We supply an excellent back-up service, to repeat moulds.
